How to Return

To return something, please email us at hello@evaliahfragrance.com.au. 

Step by Step

1. Please send us an email with the reasons for you wanting to return your item. Along with any relevant photos. Please note that if you change your mind, and the product is not in resell-able condition, you will not be able to return your item. To see our return policy, please go to our return policy page. Please add all of your details including your name, order number, address and mobile number in this email.

2. Please label your email as RETURN or EXCHANGE.

3. Please note that if you are changing your mind, you will be required to pay for shipping. If it is a defect or issue on our end, we will supply you with a shipping label. 

4. Our turn around time is roughly 5-10 business days for a return. They return will be refunded into your account if it passes our resell-able test once we receive the item back. 

5. Please note that if we receive the product and it is not in resell-able condition, we do not have to give you a refund. Please check our return policy on our website for more info on this.
