Vanilla by the Sea is my interpretation of the perfect Italian Summer. It takes me back to endless days spent swimming in the ocean with friends, splashing in the waves, soaking up the sunshine, and feeling the salt linger on our sun-kissed skin. We'd wander along the coast with vanilla gelatos in hand, their creamy sweetness mixing with the salty sea air — a simple pleasure that somehow tasted better under the Italian sun.
